My background
I've been working with kinesiology since 2010. Over the years I've completed more than 1,500 hours of training across 11 different branches of the discipline — including One Brain, LEAP, Applied Physiology, PKP, and biochemical kinesiology, among others. This breadth of study helped me understand what actually works in practice, and why.
Of all the systems I've trained in, Touch for Health became the foundation of my work — not because it's the most spectacular, but because it's complete in itself. It offers precise tools at the emotional, energetic, and structural levels simultaneously, and it's the root from which most other kinesiology systems have grown.
Training & qualifications
After completing my foundational training in Hungary, I continued my studies in Italy at the school of Maurizio Piva, where I completed the full Touch for Health training pathway. It was there that everything I had previously seen as separate techniques came together as a coherent whole.
I am an IKC-registered Touch for Health Instructor, Metaphors Instructor, Proficiency Assessor, and Consultant. In 2022, I became the first person in Hungary to receive the registered TfH Consultant qualification.
How I work
For me, kinesiology is not an "alternative method" — it is a precise bio-feedback system that uses the body's own signals to show where and how to intervene.
In private sessions, I don't arrive with ready-made answers. Using muscle testing as a bio-feedback tool, we discover together what works for that particular person's unique system. Each session focuses on a specific theme — a difficult decision, a recurring block, an emotional pattern — and the goal is always change that you can carry forward yourself, in your everyday life.
I work in English with international clients, and I'm used to adapting the process to people who are new to kinesiology or come from a more sceptical, rational starting point. That's welcome here.
A personal note
As the mother of two adult children, I'm always looking for practical solutions in daily life. Kinesiology has become an everyday tool in my own life too: it helps me recognise what can be changed — and find a different relationship with what cannot.
I don't believe in a single, all-saving method. I believe that real change happens when someone is able to connect with their own unique inner workings.
Important notice
The methods of specialised kinesiology do not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. I do not diagnose, prescribe treatments, or recommend preparations. The techniques I use support physical and emotional wellbeing and the body's natural self-healing processes by identifying and rebalancing emotional and energetic root causes.
