Private Kinesiology Sessions for Inner Balance
Using kinesiology, I help you restore and strengthen the physical and emotional state from which you can meet life's challenges with greater ease and harmony. I see clients in person in Budapest's 12th district — and I work in English.
A note for internationals living in Budapest
When you live abroad — really live here, not just visit — you can't put your life on hold until you're back home to deal with what's weighing on you. This isn't a temporary stop. You're building a life here, and that means you need real support, in real time, in a language you can actually think and feel in.
Stress is stress in any country. Emotional or physical pain hurts the same, wherever you are. Finding a practitioner who works at a high level in a language you speak fluently isn't a small thing — it's what makes it possible to actually live well here, not just get by.
I work in English, and have worked with clients from Belgium, France, the UK and Italy. And there's something particularly well-suited to this situation about kinesiology itself: the body doesn't need perfect words to communicate. Muscle testing lets us reach what's really going on beneath the surface, even when the exact phrase doesn't quite come to you. The words help frame the work, but they're not the whole mechanism. That's part of what makes this method so effective across languages and cultures.
What kinesiology sessions can do for you
The body has its own language. It communicates constantly — signalling which emotional and energetic patterns are interfering with your wellbeing and holding you back from functioning at your best.
As a specialised kinesiologist, I'm trained to read and interpret these signals with precision: to ask the right questions of the body, and to understand what it's telling us. This creates the conditions for real, lasting change — at the root level, not just the surface.
This solution-focused method works on two levels simultaneously: it eases emotional discomfort while improving physical wellbeing as efficiently as possible. It combines the identification of emotional and mental patterns underlying your challenges with the rebalancing of the body's vital energy flow.
Kinesiology can help you:
- Find calm instead of fear — by resolving current or past emotional stress at its source
- Restore your self-confidence — by releasing blocked energy that's been holding back your potential
- Build resilience — so you can move through difficulties more quickly and return to yourself faster
- Support better decision-making — through deeper awareness of yourself and your inner processes
- Improve your relationships — by releasing energetic blocks and developing greater self-understanding

What happens during a kinesiology session?
1. Consultation and goal-setting
We begin with a short intake form, followed by a conversation about your current situation and what brings you in. Together, we clarify what you'd like support with and what a positive outcome looks like for you. Clear goals help focus the energy of our work together.
2. Muscle testing
Using kinesiology muscle testing — seated or lying comfortably on a treatment table — we begin to explore the information held in your body. Muscle testing communicates directly with the body's energy system and nervous system, allowing us to reach the root of what's out of balance — often faster and more precisely than words alone could.
3. Personalised corrections
During the session I apply a range of kinesiology techniques chosen according to what your body indicates it needs. This may include stimulating reflex points, identifying stressors, clearing meridian and chakra blockages, and working with limiting belief systems and the energetic patterns they create.
4. Integration and tools to take home
Kinesiology gives back a sense of agency — the felt experience that you can genuinely influence your own life. Throughout our sessions, you'll also learn practical techniques you can use independently, to support yourself between appointments and in everyday life.
Trained across multiple systems, not just one
I've been working as a kinesiologist since 2010. Beyond my core specialisation in Touch for Health, I trained in Applied Physiology, Professional Kinesiology Practice, One Brain, Brain Gym and Neurokinesiology — over 1500 hours of professional education across 11 different branches of kinesiology.
This depth means I'm not limited to a single toolkit. I can recognise, from session to session, which layer and which method will genuinely serve what you're working through — rather than applying the same technique regardless of what you actually need. This significantly increases the chances that we start in the right direction, and that the work actually moves.
